Fleming Saga Ends? Or is it just beginning.

For anyone interested or following the issue, I thought I would let you know that my appeal to the College was also unsuccessful at the level of the college's Vice President. This despite at least two of the members of the hearing committee having a very difficult time understanding why they (The College) would have chosen me to give a Project to as a team of one, and also why non of the work I had handed in was marked after being accepted or why I would expect that arrangement to have been any different from the previous extension I had received in the other course where the entire class had been given a 30 day extension to complete everything. In my case though, because I had more things waiting, I was told to stop as soon as I had turned in enough assignments to receive a passing mark and that ended up being at 68% after completing 3 or 4 more labs at 9/10 or 10/10. The only reason I mention any of this is because the letter that I received my response from college says yet again, in fact almost word for word, that after considering all of the factors the decision was unanimous that the previous decision to deny my appeal was upheld and that there was no other recourse that could be taken in the matter.  Not one of the several very real, very serious, and very obvious concerns that I had repeatedly brought up at both appeals were ever answered in any way or even otherwise addressed.  So I am only a Technician again, although granted an updated one, but after having spent the last 4 years of my life cut off and isolated from my family and the resulting financial strain that the family court and legal fees of my separation incurred it was a bit of a slap in the face.  After all, I had split up the last year basically so I could do the 5th semester at only half load each time and thus should have greatly enhanced my chance of success and yet the very opposite of that happened instead.   Maybe all those students who were too fearful to attend that very first meeting with the dean and course coordinator about the severe and major changes to our course after the starting date were correct in their assumptions that being part of that meeting might some how interfere with the successful completion of their of their program.  That alone led to 50% of the students leaving the course to go take at another college that would offer what they had originally signed up for because they actually needed those specific credits. Unfortunately again in my place, none of the sponsored students were ever given such an option. So not only did I not get to complete the original course I signed up for I didn't even get to complete the one they hacked to bits and left in it's place despite adding the extra year to ensure I would be successful.  Thank god I don't give up easy.
